“For it is by grace that you have been saved”
Ephesians 2:8

Picture
"Everything can change in an instant … and take a lifetime to unravel.

When Mac McDonald loses his son in an accident, the ensuing 17 years of bitterness and pain erodes his love for his family and leaves him angry with God … and just about everyone else. Mac’s rage stonewalls his career in the police department and makes for a combustible situation when he’s partnered with Sam Wright, a rising star on the force—who happens to be a part-time pastor and a loving family man.

Can they somehow join forces to help one another when it’s impossible for either of them to look past their differences—especially the most obvious one?

Every day, we have the opportunity to rebuild relationships and heal deep wounds by extending and receiving God’s grace. Offer THE GRACE CARD … and never underestimate the power of God’s love."

"leave me a comment about how The Lord's Grace has touched you or someone else, or what it might mean to you to have this movie".

I saw on the news that in California, a boy was swimming/surfing and he was caught in the undertow and went missing. While the boy was missing, friends' of the church group the boy was apart of, prayed for him on the beach until he was found. It was several minutes before the life guards found him. NOW it was a sight to see on the news over dozens of people praying of the missing boy, if they didn't pray would the boy had still be found? Did luck play a part? Maybe it was a spiritual miracle...something like that I don't think that anyone would second guess.

I think that I would relate to the movie because my grandmother passed away suddenly when I was 18 years old and she was my world, a mother and friend. I could function like a normal teen for over a year and I blaimed my mother for not helping her get better and for her not bring me to see my grandmother in syracuse hospital. PLUS bad things happened to me over the years which made me second guess a highter power. I thought how could god let this happen....how could god let bad things happen to children in general.

I am blessed to have a strong family and kids that are following the Lord, something that we cannot take for granted.

I have a few family members who have let bitterness with the Lord take them to places they never would have been or thought possible just a few years ago. Our family (immediate and extended) love watching movies together. I am sure we would enjoy this one and hope it might be used to soften the hearts of those family members still struggling.

This movie sounds great! Would love to add it to our family movie collection. God's grace saved me from the pain and regret of my past. It restored our family and has brought us to a place of loving surrender at His feet.

I'd love to win this movie so that I can show my big kids (10 and 13) something inspiring instead of filling their minds with the junk we usually end up with.
